4. Despite Catchoftheday’s policy in relation to change of mind returns, such returns cannot be accepted for Dick Smith products.
5. Dick Smith’s goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement for or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We will either, working with Dick Smith, attempt to resolve your issue, or refer you to Dick Smith where we are unable to assist. If you have a problem with your goods requiring a remedy, all such remedies will be provided by Dick Smith, which we may provide directly to you on Dick Smith’s behalf.
