^Dick Smith on Catchoftheday – Terms of sale These terms and conditions apply to sales Powered by Dick Smith on the Catchoftheday website and apply in addition to our standard terms and conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, these terms prevail. 

• 1. These products are sold for and on behalf of Dick Smith Electronics Pty Limited (ABN 34 000 908 716) (“Dick Smith”). Dick Smith is the supplier of the goods.
• 2. By purchasing the goods, we will, in accordance with our Privacy Policy, share certain information with Dick Smith to allow them to fulfil your order, including your name and delivery address.
• 3. All product specifications, images and advertising material is provided to Catchoftheday by Dick Smith and Catchoftheday does not verify any of the information or material provided.
• 4. Despite Catchoftheday’s policy in relation to change of mind returns, such returns cannot be accepted for Dick Smith products.
• 5. Dick Smith’s goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement for or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
• 6. If you have an issue with a product, please contact us via our Help Centre. We will either, working with Dick Smith, attempt to resolve your issue, or refer you to Dick Smith where we are unable to assist. If you have a problem with your goods requiring a remedy, all such remedies will be provided by Dick Smith, which we may provide directly to you on Dick Smith’s behalf.
• 7. Please follow the normal returns process in our standard terms and conditions. We will provide you with specific instructions on how to return goods to Dick Smith.
