Tyrrell's Hunter Valley Chardonnay 2022
Textbook modern, medium-bodied Hunter Valley Chardonnay to be enjoyed with a variety of cuisines. The nose shows a great mixture of citrus, white stone fruit, some oak spice as well as just a hint of solids complexity. The palate is robust with great fruit intensity and texture through the mid-palate, with a soft acid finish.
Peter Lehmann Hill and Valley Pinot Gris 2022
The light bodied palate exhibits vibrant citrus flavours with a textural mid-palate of stone fruits and honeysuckle, finishing clean and crisp.
Tyrrell's Special Release Verdelho 2022
An unwooded, early drinking style, the nose has an abundance of tropical fruits with an underlining spice. The palate is well balanced with a juicy fruit sweetness balanced by a bright acidity.
Belguardo Rose Toscana IGT 2021
Intense and fresh, cherry flower flavours, smooth, mineral and pleasantly lasting taste.
Tyrrell's Hunter Valley Shiraz 2021
Deep red in colour with a bright purple rim. A smooth, soft and spicy red wine with aromas of dark ripe fruit and subtle vanillin oak. The palate is full of rich shiraz flavours and is supported by firm tannins which provide good length and complexity.
Rolf Binder Heinrich Shiraz Mataro Grenache 2018
Each variety adds its individual talents with nuances of chocolate, raspberry, beef stockpot and a berry fruit sweetness. The finish is dry and the flavours linger on the palate with subtle oak and tannin adding to the fruit characters creating a full and comprehensive wine that will drink well now, but also benefit from up to 10 years of cellaring.
