This Bleasdale Cabernet Blend is a red wine blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (76%), Malbec (15%), Petit Verdot (7%) and Merlot (2%). This wine is layered and complex with red berry and darker fruit aromas, notably blackcurrant, plum and lifted violets. These characters continue onto the palate, with floral and fruit layers supported by fine oak tannin and lively berry fruit persistence.

This Cabernet blend will pair well with roasted lamb shoulder with garlic, oregano, rosemary and baby potatoes.
