TASTING NOTES
NOSE: Fresh and floral aroma of Japanese oak Mizunara. Also aroma like vanilla or ripe fruit.
PALATE: Light and smooth as a beginning, sweetness like honey, brown sugar, sometimes like ripe apple and pear.
FINISH: Deep wooden aroma and unique and gentle taste like coffee beans and tea leaf.

Chiyomusubi, founded in 1864 is a premium Japanese distillery located in Tottori Prefecture, Japan. The name Chiyomusubi means eternal bow in Japanese and reflects the distillies commitment to traditional craftsmanship and the pursuit of perfection. One of the unique characteristics is that it is aged in Mizunara oak casks, which are known for their rarity and high quality. These casks are made from Mizunara trees, which are only found in certain regions of Japan and are highly prized for their distinct aroma and flavour profile. The whisky itself has a deep amber colour and a rich aroma that is reminiscent of dried fruits, vanilla, and spices.
