Appearance: Brilliant, pale straw with green tints. Aroma: Fresh & vibrant aromatics of lime juice, lemon zest, green apple and passionfruit overlay subtle savoury notes of fresh herbs and cut straw. Palate: A textured and balanced style showing perfumed lift of citrus blossom and zest, combined with body and mouthfeel garnered from partial barrel fermentation and maturation on lees. Savoury notes of green olive and herbs add complexity while a punchy, saline acid line ensures a crisp, dry and refreshing finish.
