TASTING NOTES
AROMA
The best parcels from our 2022 vintage show the vibrant honeysuckle aromatics of our attractive Semillon.

PALATE
Zesty lemon, lime and Italian white peach flavours are the precursors to the fine acid backbone and dry finish that is the hallmark of our Semillon style.

FOOD MATCHING
Grilled scallops and pea puree are a must-try.

VINIFICATION
Cool fermentation in stainless steel allows us more control over our style and helps retain the delicate aromatics and freshness our Semillon is known for.

VINTAGE NOTES
After a four-year drought, rain blessed the Hunter in February, presenting challenging conditions. Attentiveness in the vineyards rewarded us and was key to ensuring ripeness in our Semillon. Harvested in the cool of the night from our favourite sites to retain the crispness and improve the complexity of the aromas of the Hunter Valley's aromatic darling.
