It can easily wrap medium sized trees, park benches or any other solid objects. Our Fitek Anywhere Anchor is made to be strong, it is made of nylon webbing, heavy duty stitching and neoprene padding. Neoprene padding in the loops to help protect latex tube or bands and prolong the life of resistance bands and tubes. To use the anchor thread one loop through the other and pull it tight.
