The Pinot Grigio fruit was hand-picked in the cool morning, then a whole bunch pressed with a 25% portion of the juice fermented wild in aged French barriques and the remainder fermented slowly in the tank at low temperature.

The resultant wine is brightly aromatic and vibrant, yet complex, textural and savoury on the palate.

This wine is best enjoyed with good friends and family, long summer lunches or even just by itself!

Pairs well with grilled Barramundi with seasonal salads, zucchini and corn fritters.
