This Cabernet Sauvignon, from the Clare Valley in South Australia, displays cassis, black doris plum, violet, cigar and cedary oak characters. Its concentrated palate offers excellent weight and density.

Normans founder, Jesse Norman arrived in South Australia in 1853 where he planted a vineyard and built a winery near the city of Adelaide.
