Change of mind: We will allow a change of mind return if the product is unopened and all safety seals and original packaging are in place. We are more than happy to accept the return and reship your desired item. Reshipments will be provided if your product is damaged or faulty, simply contact us with a clear description of the problem and a clear image of the damage/fault and we will provide details on the reshipment. Damaged products are rare, however due to our advanced box packaging damages are very, very rare. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for any opened or used products.
